Breathwork Sessions
Breathwork is a guided practice that uses controlled, rhythmic breathing techniques to influence your emotional, mental, and physical well-being. By engaging in deeper or more intense breaths than usual, you can create a heightened state of awareness. This shift in consciousness can help you access buried emotions, reduce mental clutter, and foster a sense of inner calm.

Your first session is free!
Make sure to wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat, water, and an open mind!
Please make sure to sign up below to ensure we have enough space and the right support for everyone.


Classes are located in the lower level Community Space of Isch Wellness Center. Please use the lower level back entrance located next door to Artistic Salon. Please silence your phone and be mindful of your volume as there may be others in session. We look forward to having you join us on the path to wellness.
